Apis cerana Fab. is one of the popular honeybees species among beekeepers in Indonesia. This easy to care for and produces valuable honey products. Honey from A. abundantly available traditional modern markets The purpose this study was identify primary secondary metabolites produced by using FTIR-ATR Diamond spectroscopy. Twelve samples three provinces Java Island were used study. In general, all contained protein, carbohydrate, water, alcohol, cellulose, alkaloid, tannin, flavonoid. Variation on strongly affected botanical origin, geographical local condition around beekeeping areas where honeycombs placed.
